Thai Cooking School

Adele's niece Amy is travelling around Thailand and joined a cooking class at a cooking school in Koh Lanti.

The class started with cocktail making, followed by four different dishes.  

She made mojitos, lemon grass margaritas, chili margaritas, spring rolls, Koh Soi (noodle soup with crispy noodles on top), morning glory and three spicy fish.
