What you need:

  • 200g Soft Cheese
  • 300ml Double Cream
  • 200g Shortcake biscuits
  • 10-12 Ferrero Rocher’s (3 for the top)
  • 1tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 200g Butter
  • 500g Icing Sugar
  • Optional – Chocolate Sauce for the top
