Simple Tomato, Mascarpone & Bacon Pasta

Ingredients

Pasta

Bacon

Jar or tub of tomato & mascarpone sauce

Cheese

Method

Boil a large pan of water

Add your pasta to the water, bring back to the boil....

...cover and simmer for 10 minutes 

While the pasta is cooking, grill the bacon until nice and crispy

Warm up the tomato & mascarpone sauce in a dish in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes

Drain the cooked pasta and stir in the sauce. Chop up the bacon into bite size pieces, stir into the pasta and sauce and serve into a pasta bowl

Grate the cheese....

....and sprinkle on top of the pasta
